WHY SHOULD THE MOOC SHOCKET FRAME NEED HOT DIP galvanizing?
In tropical, hot and humid climate conditions, in order to prolong the service life of the Chassis SOME ROMOOC girder frame, there is no better method than galvanizing for the entire product structure. When the entire frame of SOME ROMOOC is immersed in a zinc bath, all positions on the entire product surface are protected by a zinc layer up to nearly 100 microns thick. The frame of the Semi-trailer after galvanized will have a service life 3 times longer than that of conventional painting. In particular, the cost for galvanizing is not high.
WHAT IS HOT DIP galvanizing?
Hot-dip galvanizing is the application of technology to protect metal surfaces by coating the metal surface with a layer of zinc. In the process of dipping metal into the molten zinc tank, a zinc layer will form to protect the entire surface of the product.
This is the most common anti-rust method today. During the galvanizing process, the metal is smelted into an alloy with the substrate. So the galvanized layer will never peel off like when using paint, which is a permanent protective layer for the substrate.

Galvanized steel, regardless of the method, is highly appreciated for its durability, resistance to oxidation and rust. However, depending on different conditions of use, how long does the lifespan of galvanized metal last.
In a cool, clean environment, the life of galvanized metal can be up to 50-60 years. In contrast, in the coastal environment, flooded, high humidity, or exposed to rain, sunshine … the time to wear out the galvanized layer is faster, the life expectancy will be about 10 years again.
